Stay safe

Crypto communities attract impersonators, fake support and wallet drainers. Here's how to tell us apart from them.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key. Not in a DM, not in a form, not "to verify", "sync", "validate" or "unlock" your wallet. Anyone who asks is stealing. If you've typed one anywhere, move your funds to a new wallet now.
We will never
- DM you first on Discord, Telegram or X to offer help, a refund, an airdrop or early access.
- Ask you to send SOL or tokens to a wallet address over chat. Membership is paid only on our checkout page, where Phantom shows you the exact transfer before you approve it.
- Ask you to sign a transaction or message anywhere except our checkout.
- Ask for your password, Discord token, bot token or two-factor codes.
- Promise returns or profits.
How to know it's really us
- Get links only from this site or from our Discord's #announcements. Type the address yourself, or use a bookmark.
- Look at the address bar before you sign in or pay. Scam sites use look-alike names with swapped, doubled or foreign-looking letters.
- Sign in only through Discord's own page (discord.com). We ask Discord for your identity only, never permission to read your messages or join servers for you.
- At checkout, check that the payment address Phantom shows matches the address on our checkout page and in #announcements.
Inside the app
- The app never opens links from the channels it reads. Links in calls are shown as text, so a drainer link can't open by accident.
- The desktop app flags messages whose links go to known scam sites or look-alikes of well-known Solana sites, and won't buy from them.
- The app checks every token it considers on-chain first, and refuses tokens whose creator can still mint more or freeze your balance.
Report a scam
Seen someone impersonating us, or a fake site? Tell us in our Discord's #help channel, or at lickhitter67@gmail.com. Don't click the link again, and don't forward it to others.
Found a security problem in Soltrack itself? Write to lickhitter67@gmail.com and include how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish it.
